Clinical expertise related to chronic care Clinical expertise related to care of residents with dementia and other psycho-geriatrics conditions. Skills and Abilities: Ability to lead and direct a multi-disciplinary team Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively and prioritize work Ability to plan, direct, evaluate and control the delivery of multi-faceted care services Ability to respond to emergent situations and work flexible hours from time to time Ability to operate a personal computer utilizing various business applications and programs Effective interpersonal and conflict resolution skills Proven financial and human resource management, communication and organizational skills Client service orientation skills Strong leadership skills Benefits Excellent Benefits and Pension Plan!
