About the Role:

Reporting to the Vice President of Alliances the Alliance Director will be an integral part of the Alliances team. You will make a difference by leading all aspects for some of Arctic Wolf’s strategic alliances. The Alliance Director will manage business planning, execute GTM efforts, and collaborate with Product Management to deliver compelling solutions. This is a role for creators, builders. This director needs to step in and structure the unstructured. This role will prioritize from a long list of exciting opportunities into the tangible and achievable.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at assigned Alliance Partners
  • Cultivate influence for Arctic Wolf at large partners like Amazon, Microsoft, and Cisco
  • Develop and align business plans including targets for revenue and other KPIs
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Legal, Sales, and Channels teams at Arctic Wolf for successful GTM execution.
  • Find new and impactful strategic opportunities as well as prioritize effectively in an environment of constrained resources.
  • The role will likely require travel, some of which will be international.
  • Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in information security partner management, alliances, or business development.
  • Familiarity with market participants and trends in several of the following: Managed Detection and Response (MDR)Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)Cloud security technologies and implicationsVulnerability managementSecurity InfrastructureCompliance and GRC tools
  • Experience with international implications of data security and partner relationships
  • Experience with channel transaction models
  • Proven ability to develop relationships and communicate with senior executives
  • Compelling and succinct communication skills especially presenting with slideware
  • Comfort developing a business model, and yearly comprehensive partner business plans
  • Competent in communicating important legal concepts relevant to strategic alliance agreements
  • Creativity in partner solutioning.
  • Ability to prioritize projects with limited guidance and develop compelling justification.
