We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • Helping clients achieve their desired business objectives and providing oversight and advocacy for all clients, ensuring that critical business needs are anticipated and met
  • Acting as and fulfilling client manager accountabilities for strategic accounts as defined by leadership
  • Managing the work efforts, resource allocation, and priorities of a team and providing regular feedback
  • Coaching and conducting 1:1’s with team members
  • Leading quarterly business reviews for strategic clients
  • Escalating opportunities and risks related to client retention and growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet the needs of our clients
  • 6-10 years of related Account Management or Wireline industry experience
  • Experience leading a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • An energetic personality who enjoys working with people and helping clients
  • Self-motivated and able to work strategically and independently
  • Ability to react quickly and effectively problem-solve
