We are currently looking for a Digital Project Coordinator for one of our clients in the insurance industry. What is in it for you: Our client is in the TOP 100 Employers in Canada Contract of 9 months Dynamic and professional environment Daytime schedule What you will need to succeed: 5+ years industry experience in digital project management or production, preferably in agency or large enterprise environments Demonstrable experience planning, managing and delivering design and technology projects within a fixed budget and schedule Expert knowledge of: o different project methodologies including Agile, waterfall and iterative o web technologies and content-management systems o human-centred design/user experience and content activities, processes and deliverables Experience in design and technology project definition, analysis, and scope determination Exceptional communication, time management, interpersonal and problem-solving skills An impeccable eye for detail Assertive and proactive, can anticipate and manage risk. Affinity for technology and latest technological initiatives and applications A demonstrable passion for and understanding of great user experiences and technology trends Excellent writing competency and communication skills Self-motivated and self-sufficient individual with a desire to do their best every day Ability to work in a team environment and independently A day in the life of a Digital Project Coordinator: Work with a high degree of autonomy and self-sufficiency to build project delivery plans for the delivery of UX artefacts, design assets and content Coordinate day-to-day project tasks with design and technology teams Ensure on-time, in-scope and quality deliverables Proactively and independently look to solve problems and identify opportunities for improvement Provide status reporting to internal and external stakeholders Support the broader team in understanding and interpreting our business challenges and goals Assist in coordinating (and participate in) activities such as user experience workshops and research programs Develop and maintain effective client and team relationships Provide support, coaching and motivation and inspiration Work closely with the larger project team to ensure ongoing communication and clear documentation for project alignment Act as a champion of the delivery process and procedures. Contribute to the overall UX team processes and procedures beyond the specifics of the assigned project
