Elite Digital houses over 70 employees and is expanding once again! As a result, we are looking for a talented, multi-skilled Account Manager, who will thrive in a challenging, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment. This is a perfect role for a Digital Marketing savvy team player, that wants to be a part of a growing digital marketing agency.



We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, relationship and task focused individual who can help support our vast array of clients and industries with drive, humour, responsibility, accountability and enthusiasm! The Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing client relationships by maintaining client expectations and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of digital projects according to clients needs and objectives. 



  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationships
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executives, providing customer service and marketing consultation
  • Create and deliver marketing strategy documentation and help develop RFPs for existing and new clients
  • Work with Project Managers and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Monitor and communicate daily/monthly/quarterly changes in scope throughout project lifespan to client(s) and internal teams in a timely fashion
  • Work with internal teams to forecast, track and communicate to the client the key account metrics
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
  • Prepare reports on account status to internal stakeholders
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed



  • Post Secondary Degree or Certificate in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Communications or related field



  • Proven work experience in, Marketing, as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role
  • Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in a Customer Service position
  • Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, CRM, Branding, Content Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Customer Service, Strategic Planning
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive.
  • Must have at least 3 year of experience working in an Agency setting
  • Prior experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Must have strong time management, organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to foresee risks and generate mitigation plans with the appropriate stakeholders
  • Must have strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work in a multi-functional team environment with rapidly changing priorities
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Harvest and Slack
  • Proven focus on attention to detail

COVID-19 Response


At Elite Digital Inc, safety is our top priority and all decisions this year have been made strictly from a health and safety perspective. Since March, 2020, we have been practicing all of the proper steps to “flatten the curve” and keep ourselves and our society safe. Our organization worked very hard to come up with many creative solutions to be able to look after our employees and allow them to maintain full employment during the entire pandemic. Over the past few months, we have found much success and our employees have been able to thrive working in a remote environment. Based on this ability to succeed, Elite will continue to work from home until we feel it’s the right time for our organization and our employees to return.


Plans for the future include:

o Our “new normal” will include a hybrid of working from the office, and remotely.

o There will be a gradual and voluntary return to the office that includes the employee’s feedback, ensuring their comfort in the transition. We are not mandating any return at this point.
