POSITION:Full Time Data Analyst, Materials ManagementHOURS OF WORK:7.5 hour shiftsDays – Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 4:30pmJOB SUMMARY:• Monitor the mobile supply chain management (MSCM) application for errors, unprocessed shipments and outstanding pick tickets• Monitor the CSF application for unreleased receiving adjustments• Monitor scheduled jobs in the CSF and MSCM application• Perform data uploads to Infor system• Conduct monthly inventory data analysis and adjust min/max levels as required on the system, in consultation with the supervisor• Calculate appropriate min/max levels to aide in the setup of new items being established in inventory• Work on projects for future enhancements in Purchasing and Supply Chain• Assist I.T. in the set up and maintenance of printers and/or handhelds• Provide inventory advice on stock rotation, min/max level, and par establishments to other departments as required• Work with the supervisor to ensure inventory is accurate and that replenishment of inventory is done in a timely manner• Extract reports for the materials management team as required• Train and support all staff on the use of the Infor SCM and MSCM applications• Develop tools to assist departmental staff in supply chain with the operation of the system• Recommend system improvements to improve efficiency of system• Develop custom reports and BI cubes to assist staff with daily workload• Liaise with I.S. staff and the vendor regarding system configurations, errors, troubleshooting and resolution.• Support the month end close process each monthQUALIFICATIONS:• Post secondary diploma in purchasing, inventory, supply chain or business administration with a focus on supply chain• 1-2 year recent work experience in supply chain administration, end user support of processes and supply chain administration• Related work experience in a complex environment is required, preferably within the health care sector• Experience using Infor supply chain management software is preferred• Knowledge of purchasing and materials management is an asset• Project management experience is an asset• Experience with producing a variety of HRIS reports is required• Ability to work independently on on-going assignments• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a proven track record in building and maintaining cross functional relationships• Requires significant computer skills and expertise in various data management and reporting technologies and practices
