Management of MES (Mobile Engine Services) customer inquiries and single contract conclusion – Acceptance and coordination of customer inquiries. – Develop, issue and negotiate proposals, including calculation and coordination with MES product lines – Negotiate and conclude single contracts MES customer event-management comprising : – All customer communication, engine shipment management – Prepare Engine inductions and/ or field interventions for On-Wing and On-Site activities – Coordination of induction dates and field team events – Preparation of cost estimates – Check and coordinate work scope with customer supported by engineering – Internal order management into MES repair stations with work scope, cost, quality and turnaround time coordination – Open, control and close Repair Orders for MES Repair Stations – Event status monitoring and reporting towards customer – Clarification and coordination of technical and commercial issues (e.g. work scope extensions, parts exchange offers, parts replacements etc.) – Coordination / submission of maintenance records – preparation of the invoices for the invoicing process – Check, control and release partial, final and supplemental invoices – management of invoice disputes – preparation of credit notes – customer relationship management (feedback management, customer visits, event review meetings etc.) – Support management of out standings – Analysis calculation of event profits/losses – if applicable feedback to Key Account Manager regarding event KPIs (costs, profit, TAT, quality)Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback to MES product management – Support and co-operate with the engine Product Sales teams Conditions Requirements: -Bachelor degree (Mechanical engineering or Aerospace) – 3 years of experience in customer service – Fluent in English – Fluent in German (an asset) – Must have extensive experience in aircraft gas turbine engines – Familiar with MS Office, SAP – Good Communication skills – Must possess permit to work in Canada – Willingness to travel – Must possess a valid driver’s license
