Position Summary
We are looking for 11 highly motivated individuals to assume the role of a customer service specialists on our MEDOC travel team. This position opens the door to great opportunities in a rewarding work environment within the Insurance Industry. Successful candidates will be given full time schedules of 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
We currently have openings for English and French speaking Customer Service Specialists in our Dartmouth, Kanata, Sherbrooke, and St. John’s office locations. Primary responsibilities include providing excellent client service to members on their insurance requirements, specifically related to travel operations, using established procedures in a fast-paced computerized environment.
Working in a fast-paced inbound call center, the Customer Service Specialist – reporting to their Operations Leader – will be responsible for offering best in class advice on innovative insurance products and services to our customers. You will be provided focused training towards the achievement of becoming a licensed insurance professional.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a requirement for this position. The successful candidates will be required to obtain their Accident and Sickness License, LLQP and/or RIBO License. Preference will be given to candidates holding an Accident and Sickness License.
