Job Description

We are looking to hire a who is personable and enjoys engaging with customers. In addition to customer service, product knowledge and routine tasks are required.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for building additional new business. The ideal candidate must have a professional manner with the ability to deal with a diverse group of people. NOTE: There is no selling of goods or telemarketing involved. Must be legally able to work in Canada

Daily Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Act as representative for our clients and provide quality customer service
  • Answer questions regarding our client’s programs and services
  • Open, verify and register new customer acquisition accounts
  • attend daily team meetings on strategies for new campaign initiatives to enhance client outreach
  • Must be able to multitask, and adapt to changing demands and shifting priorities from our clients
  • Willingness to work independently as well as within a team environment
  • Attend daily team meetings, quarterly conferences, to help improve and enhance client relations
  • Must be able to communicate in English, both verbal and written. All out languages are an asset.
  • Must be reliable and have a positive attitude
