We are currently looking for 5 Customer Service Representatives (no sales) for one of our clients located in Halifax. If you are the right one for us, you will have outstanding customer service skills and the ability to multi-task. You will also have strong organization skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment. What you will need to succeed: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous experience in the customer service industry required Proficient computer and keyboarding skills Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience required Confidence in your aptitude to learn and apply information quickly Strong interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task Capability to work efficiently in a quick-paced, ever-changing environment in a professional manner Customer centric: going above and beyond/proactive A day in the life of a Customer Service Representative: Handle telephone inquiries and research and resolve inquiries within specified turnaround times; Handle sensitive issues in order to ensure customer satisfaction; Provide detailed oral and written communication to line areas regarding inquiry resolutions; Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives; Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile; Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
