Customer service representative

Location: Burnaby, B.C.

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time – 40 hours per week

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday – daytime shifts. Currently, no evenings and no weekends.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our fiercely devoted team, based out of Burnaby, B.C.

The coffee life continues into our Customer Service Hive where we are busy – having fun and working hard. To be successful here you will need to be focused, tech savvy, detail oriented, proactive, forward thinking, and have superior time management.

And, coffee, you should really like coffee… and like to have fun… and have personality…. And (oh, gosh – was there caffeine in that last cup?!)

What you will be doing…

  • Receive and enter customer orders via multiple channels
  • Assist and support the dream team in Sales
  • Set up / cancel accounts and process returns
  • Participate in hub-communications with internal stakeholders and customers
  • Complete daily tasks efficiently and meet or exceed deadlines
  • Continuously work to improve our processes and procedures
  • What you will bring with you…

  • Capable of carrying out business level communication in English, both verbal and written
  • Service-oriented focus, able to work under pressure in a busy environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Able to reliably commute to/from workplace located in an industrial park with limited transit.
  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience
  • High-school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamix AX- an asset
