In this role, the representative provides assistance related to prepaid services such as adding minutes on calling cards and offering first level technical support. On a day-to-day basis, our representatives are answering to customers from Canada's largest communication company.

What’s required to join the team?
Bilingual ( English & French) is required;
Demonstrate an interpersonal style that secures and expands the ongoing business relationship with the client;
Ability to multi-task (think, talk and type) and learn in a fast paced environment;
Ease with cellular technologies and computer-assisted working environment;
A proficiency with problem solving and decision making;
Available and flexible to work afternoons, evenings and weekends;
High school diploma (completed).
