They are searching for a friendly, organized and professional Customer Service Coordinator who can deliver high-end service that well reflect the standards of this renowned brand.

Location: Burnaby, BC

Responsibilities:

• Support team with the preparation and processing of customer orders and shipments in a timely manner
• Monitor progress of customer orders and conduct inspections on product supply 
• Monitor physical inventory and product supply and make accurate updates in inventory management system
• Ensure organized inventory and shipping room
• Coordinate and facilitate global shipments
• Assist in the warranty claims process, effectively liaising with internal staff and any technicians as needed
• Keep track of all shipping and returns and process accordingly
• Assist with general office administration as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education from an accredited institution
• Minimum 2+ years in a customer service/administrative role within a fast-paced organization
• Experience processing and tracking a high volume of global shipments would be considered an asset
• Ability to make good decisions, and maintain composure under pressure
• Excellent multi-tasking and organization skills
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, keep track of, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Dedication to customer satisfaction
