Our client is based in the warmest part of the lower mainland. Based out of South Surrey, British Columbia, our client is a leading North American wood flooring manufacturer. The business is focused on stylish and popular wood flooring products that are a preferred choice for designers, architects, and builders. This client is fast and vast expanding their business with passion and they are seeking like-minded and equally passionate individuals. We need to find them a highly motivated Customer Service Coordinator to join the team. Here are some of the things you need to know about this job: Collaborate with outside sales team with sales activities, leads and opportunities Collaborate with Marketing to ensure marketing and sales campaigns are optimized Communicate and follow up on all sales and customer service related inquiries of existing and prospective clients Manage, maintain, and update database of existing and prospective clients Provide order entry and administration support Requirements 2-3 years of customer service experience Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Willingness to take initiative and have accountability Strong attention to detail, organizational and multi-tasking skills Able to build strong working relationships Post secondary education / degree Computer Literate Thank you to everyone who applies for this work.
