We are looking for customer service advisors to support energy customers with their account queries. The role is home based initially and will return to their site in Airdrie once safe to do so.We are looking for great listener who really cares about doing a great job for the customer. Ideally, you’ll have some kind of working experience of dealing with people but we will consider applications from all backgrounds. No DBS or Credit check required for this role.Typical customer queries can include:* Smart meter appointments* Tariff and account changes* Payment and billing requests* General information requestsThe starting salary for this role is minimum wage.
