One of our government clients is looking for a Customer Service Administrator (Ministry of Attorney General) Length: Contract term is 6 months with a possibility of extension Location: Toronto, ON (This role starting remote with occasional onsite) Job Responsibilities -Process new applications, schedule hearings and ensure Notices of Hearing are issued in a timely manner. -Address the high number of mail and email filings / inquiries that have been and are continuing to be received and manage the digital files. -Support the adjudicators in the video-conference hearing rooms by providing virtual concierge services including taking attendance, facilitating the use of breakout rooms and ensuring that any non-participants who are disrupting proceedings are removed and pointed to alternate methods for observing the hearings. -Support the order issuance process by proof-reading and distributing high volumes of decisions prepared by adjudicators.
