As a CRM Administrator reporting to the CRM team Lead in the marketing team, you will be responsible for enhancing the CRM solution and assure the quality of the delivered application at Intelcom for business partners, drivers, clients and more. What You’ll Do Administer & configure the CRM platform for Business Partners and Drivers built on Salesforce along with third-party integrated applications from the Salesforce AppExchange, across multiple development and production environments Lead the collaborations with others within the team, across various units and with vendors to problem solve technical issues from users Work alongside with the Product Owner to analyze requirements to design and implement solutions using Salesforce objects, triggers, workflows, pages and rules Conducts testing, debugging, and deployment of new or customized application modules, and provides ongoing maintenance and support of those modules Manage new releases of Salesforce to efficiently roll out new features Lead processes and procedures development to improve salesforce org health Maintain security of the system by analyzing and recommending updates to sharing rules and security levels along side the Solution Architect Lead analyzing, testing, verification, and validation of custom software and third-party package software implementation Analyze the impacts of proposed changes to technology services and/or performance Analyzes performance test results and collaborates with technical resources to identify bottlenecks Analyzes user adoption of the system and leads in the development of end-user training Validates customized software, functional specifications, and prototypes Maintains appropriate professional designations and up-to-date knowledge of current information technology techniques and tools What You Bring Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline A minimum of 3 years of experience on Salesforce (Community cloud/experience cloud, service cloud and/or marketing cloud), in-depth knowledge of applications, and the business requirements supporting them or the equivalent combination of education and experience Experience with traceability, requirements, and issue tracking systems Must have demonstrated a combination of knowledge and experience in the IT project lifecycle including development, quality assurance, and related disciplines Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide creative solutions to problems and business challenges Ability to deploy complex third-party applications and software packages Proven knowledge and continuous learning of application support best practices Strong understanding and related experience with Testing best practices/concepts Ability to multi-task and address project and operation demands in a fast-paced and changing environment Ability to work in agile methodology English and French communication skills (verbal and written) Who we are Intelcom, a fast growing company from Quebec who works in the online commerce delivery sector.
