Tresco Industries is a leader in the design and manufacture of command and control consoles. Our solutions are deployed across many sectors, from monitoring of utilities to 9-11, to as far as aerospace applications. As varied as they are in application they share one attribute; they are all mission critical environments that support the safety and welfare of many aspects of our day to day lives.

These environments are technologically intensive and ergonomically challenging. Our role is to create solutions that seamless connect the two challenges.

To that end, we are seeking individuals to help drive our continued path of product innovation. We are looking for those that can solve challenges in a novel fashion and are open to exploration. Experience in product design is desirable; although, we are open to all manner of educational backgrounds. We see value in all perspectives and experiences. 

We are looking for several individuals to round out our design team. There are several roles that need to be filled, each with it’s own particular duties. Although we list a set of desired skills, we are most interested in finding the right person. Skills can be taught.

• Ability to model 3D solutions 
• Passion for materials and material exploration.
• Curiosity with how things are made and how they work.
• Deep appreciation for aesthetics.
• Radical creativity.
• Excellent communication skills. English proficiency required.
• Ability to resolve design issues
