Summary

The Creative & Technical Manager is a member of the Ministry Support Team at My Church Winnipeg who reports to the Operations Pastor. As the Creative & Technical Manager, you’ll get to use your skills to steward the audio and visual presence of My Church Winnipeg as we broadcast weekly to connect people with Jesus Christ, His Cause, and Our Community.

General

• Oversee the audio, video and lighting production for My Church Winnipeg
• Develop teams to support in the weekly delivery of worship services and events
• Research and develop next steps and opportunities for growth within areas of ministry
• Constantly work to improve and streamline workflow
• Work closely with our Pastoral Team to ensure timelines are being met
• If not already, become a member of My Church Winnipeg

What we’d like to see:

• Experience in mixing audio in both live and recorded settings
• Experience in DAW (Logic Pro X preferred) mixing, editing, and music editing
• Strong competency in an NLE program (Final Cut Pro X preferred) and ability to learn new software rapidly
• Familiarity with MacOS
• Understanding of stage lighting, including set up, programming, and operation
• Understanding of cinematography, including composition, lighting, and audio recording
• Understanding of post-production, including editing, color correction, motion graphics, and sound mixing
• Understanding of IT/Networking
• Post-Secondary Education
