A leading global manufacturing organization is looking to hire a Corporate Health & Safety Specialist, to work with their corporate HS programs internationally. Working closely with executive leadership, you would be responsible for the development of strategic goals, in order to drive forward a world class enterprise. 

The Role:

• Development and implementation of new strategies and initiatives to continually improve the safety program
• Collect, analyze and report on safety metrics and KPIs at both a site and company level, identifying trends and utilizing results to manage, modify and deliver safety priorities across the business
• Keep up to date with industry regulators to ensure company-wide compliance to any legislative/regulatory changes
• Communicate at all levels and work with Company leadership as well as site employees to develop a strong HS program

The Candidate:

• Bachelors Degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering or related discipline (required)
• Proven EHS experience circa. 5+ years, within manufacturing on a multisite level
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, across all business levels
• Travel 30%
