As a Coordinator, Treasury you will be responsible for coordinating cash management of the Treasury department including banking relations, investment strategies, and cash flow models.

Your responsibilities will include:

    •Coordinates the day-to-day activities of the Treasury department by determining priorities, coordinating and scheduling based on department priorities, developing processes and methods for project implementation resulting from strategic initiatives. •Develops short and long term goals and objectives for the Treasury department and ensure financial management of the group by contributing in budget preparation for the department and the authorization, control, monitoring and reporting of expenditures. •Ensures the accuracy of FH’s treasury inventories by preparing accounting reconciliations, identifying problems and working with the department managers to correct the underlying processes. •Participates in the annual external audit by directing the preparation and approving year end work papers and schedules. •Liaises with other departments by providing advice on the development of accounting processes for new and changed strategic initiatives and ensuring that all accounting processes are compliant with the requirements of the MIS Guidelines. •Coordinates the billing and invoicing of all non-patient billings and their subsystems.

As the successful candidate, you will have:

    •A professional accounting designation (CA, CGA, CMA or CPA). •Five (5) to seven (7) years’ recent related financial accounting/treasury experience in a large complex organization, •One (1) year experience in a supervisory or leadership position.

An equivalent combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.
