Our team of nearly 40,000 staff, medical staff and volunteers is dedicated to serving our patients, families and communities to deliver on our vision: Better health, best in health care.Position Highlights:Reporting to the Manager, Supply Utilization, the Coordinator, Contract and Supply Management functions as the central point of contact for all contract and supply management queries at Fraser Health.In this key role you will: •Support Leadership by tracking and monitoring the development and implementation of contract and supply management initiatives in alignment with Fraser Health’s Safety Priorities. •Assist the Director and Managers by coordinating the implementation of tools and resources to standardize processes, structures and systems for Contract Management across Fraser Health. •Provide timely and consistent information to the Leadership team and Analysts as appropriate, contributes to the development of a culture of excellence within the Contract Management and Supply Utilization team. •Coordinate the maintenance of websites, SharePoint sites and shared drives to ensure information is current and easily accessible by appropriate stakeholders. •Communicate information to staff and contractors, verbally and in writing, including circulation/distribution of minutes and memos between Fraser Health and the Contractors.
