As COO, you bring leadership with operations/production/facilities depth as well as being able to lead customer care, business development, and HR initiatives. Overall the COO helps drive business transformation and evolution by acting as a strategic partner to the CEO and is responsible for spearheading overall business operations and optimizing its operational capabilities, to ensure alignment with market growth opportunities, and strategic initiatives. The COO is responsible for: Building internal and external stakeholder relationships Works with the CEO on sourcing and analyzes future business and investment opportunities including joint ventures. Oversees Leadership of Operations, Business Development, HR, and Production/Facilities. Ensures all functions are aligned with their business strategy, priorities, and long-term plan.
