As the “voice” of Blue Mountain, we service Fully Independent Travelers (FIT), conference guests and the general public.

+ Sell and/or reserve lodging for leisure, group and conference guests
+ Sell and/or reserve bookable activities such as Golf, Snow School and Kids @ Blue offerings to independent travelers and locals
+ Sell season passes and gift cards
+ Consistently use the Blue Mountain Resorts sales script while striving to consistently achieve set sales targets while providing exceptional customer service
+ Provide accurate & detailed information and inform callers on resort offerings, inspiring exciting & transformational experiences
+ Stay up-to-date with new and changing information through various resources provided
+ Participate in staff events to increase knowledge of resort offerings
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
+ Thrives in a sales environment; some previous sales experience an asset
+ Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience an asset
+ Advanced computer skills: comfortable working with multiple systems and multi-tasking
+ Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
+ Articulate, with an excellent command of the English language
