Le rle du conseiller est doffrir nos clients une exprience de magasinage remarquable dans les lectromnagers et services connexes. Connatre et tenir compte des besoins du client et ce, sans pression abusive dans le but de lui vendre les produits appropris. Voici les responsabilits spcifiques qui vous attendent : Accueille le client de faon professionnelle et offre chacun deux une exprience de magasinage remarquable et selon les normes de Corbeil; Cherche connatre lhistoire de son client et sintresse son projet. Recueille les informations des clients en ciblant leurs besoins afin de leur offrir une gamme de produits/services appropris. Propose les produits adquats toujours dans le but de rpondre aux besoins du client; Sassure que les conseillers ont rpondu TOUTES les interrogations du client face nos produits et services avant quil quitte le magasin; Conclue la vente de produit et service de faon professionnelle, sans pression indue, pour la satisfaction totale du client en lui offrant diverses options; Fait le suivi avec ses clients qui il a laiss sa carte daffaire ou une soumission; Participe activement la conformit de lespace magasin toujours selon les normes Corbeil; Rempli les formulaires dusage dans son magasin pour fins de statistiques (taux de fermeture, suivi clients, objectifs de vente hebdomadaire, suivis de boutique, etc); Effectue la vigie commerciale (comptition locale); Utilise les outils dtermins par son employeur en conformit avec les normes Corbeil; Fait le suivi et respecte le code vestimentaire dtermin par son employeur en conformit avec les normes Corbeil; Participe aux runions journalires, hebdomadaires, mensuelles et annuelles dtermines par son employeur, de faon constructive et positive en ayant pour but son succs et celui de lentreprise; Assiste aux formations offertes par les formateurs et les manufacturiers; Sassure de raliser, voire mme dpasser, ses objectifs; Effectue toute autre tche requise dans son milieu de travail. Vous possdez les comptences ci-jointes pour relever le dfi : 2 3 annes dexprience dans un domaine connexe; Bilingue (franais / anglais) langage professionnel; Bonne prsentation; Connaissance du systme informatique (un atout); Reconnaissance de la formation; Flexibilit dans lhoraire de travail incluant les soirs et fins de semaine; Autonome, organis et motiv; Bonnes aptitudes interpersonnelles, entregent et souci rel de satisfaire la clientle; Excellent communicateur et leader; Bonne comprhension et analyse des besoins; Honnte, crdible et mature;Ca pacit de suivre des directives et ouvert aux innovations.
