What are the requirements and qualifications needed?

The ideal candidate should have an excellent knowledge of networking and computer technologies (Windows, MAC, firewalls, switches, printers, etc.)

  • Fully bilingual – English and French (oral and written)
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends for unexpected incidents
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to conduct research into PC issues and products as needed
  • Ability to work independently
  • Overtime in the event of emergencies is required
  • Car and valid driver’s license

What would be your duties and responsibilities?

The position involves working directly with our customers to resolve diverse technical incidents with guidance from our CTO and an experienced technical support team. Based in Montreal, travel to client locations in and around the island is required. Working hours are 8h30 to 17h00.

  • Provide high quality support to our customers by meeting or exceeding contractual commitments
  • Support, install and maintain, both in-house and at remote locations, user's computers, network, peripherals, cameras, telephony, internet, etc.
  • Receive and respond to incoming support requests and fully document IT related issues
  • Provide end user training and assistance where required
  • Develop and maintain inventory of IT related equipment

Our IT technicians serve all office computer technician needs throughout Montreal and the surrounding area including Laval, the West Island, South Shore, Eastern Townships, and the Laurentian region. We also provide remote technical support for areas outside our immediate location.
