In this exciting new role, you will implement, plan and evaluate nursing care for assigned clients under the provision of home support services and perform nursing procedures within the scope of a community health setting.

As the successful candidate you have:

•Full practicing licensure with BCCNP •Current certificates in CPR Level C and First Aid •Valid BC Driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes.
