Communications Lead- HR and Finance Transformation
The Communication Specialist is responsible for planning, designing, implementing and evaluating traditional, social and digital communications activities to support new ways of working, mindset & behavioural shift and cultural change within Project Monarch (Target Operating Model, Process Standardization and Workday Technology) transformation program.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement and track communication strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption, reinforce new ways of working and shifts mindset and behaviours.
Translate technical designs/configurations into narratives that is easily understood and that resonates with stakeholder groups
Develop messaging that enhances the user change experience, increasing buy in and engagement
Design communication material that influences new ways of working using traditional, social and digital communication methods and channels
Own and manage the production and execution of internal communication activities, by collaborating with project team members and business stakeholders
Lead communication planning and execution sessions to ensure activities are delivered as planned.
Serve as a trusted advisor and provide communications support to the Project team
Prepare briefing materials and messaging/positioning documents
Manage, track and measure the effectiveness of communications activities and present results through accurate and timely reporting.
Maintaining stakeholder distribution lists.
Perform copywriting and editing tasks on all change management documentation
Responsible for maintaining and updating Project Monarch Change Management and Training communication channels
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 5 years communication experience
Minimum 2 years change communication experience
Prior experience with communications strategy development and delivery related to a large (systems) implementation
Strong copywriting and editing skills
Excellent project, stakeholder and event management
Ability to translate project facts into a narrative that resonates with variety of stakeholders
Solid design and multimedia skills with experience using the Adobe and Microsoft suite to produce dynamic Excel, PowerPoint presentation, graphics, videos and blogs for both internal and external use.
