The Senior Communications temporary help resource is required to provide senior communications support to the Human Resources (HR) Innovation team in the development of strategic communications plans for the common HR business processes project.
The communications strategy is to: identify specific products and activities that will reach the intended audiences with memorable and timely messages that foster awareness, understanding and engagement.
Involve audience segmentation and alignment of key messages to these segments on a headquarters and regional basis.
Propose a schedule of sustained communications products and activities across the fiscal year.
Write, edit, revise communications products
Liaising with internal business units and other departments and Agencies to gather information -Creating communications plan and products incorporating risk mitigation strategies and performance measures -Ensure alignment of strategic communications plan with other related HR initiatives and projects and the effective management of project risks
Minimum of five (5) years of experience is required
– Profiency in MS Word and MS Powerpoint.
– Communicate effectively orally and in writing
– Review and analyse information
– Meet tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities and address multiple demands
