Job Description

CERELIA North America is based on English Bay Bakery. English Bay namesake is a beautiful beach located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. English Bay Batter started its journey in the early 1980’s next to English Bay, with a single café located on Denman Street, in the vibrant west end of Vancouver.

CERELIA – is a global food company, with small-town roots. We proudly serve chilled dough and pancake products across Europe, Asia, and North America. Being a leading producer with cutting edge production capabilities, we offer a large range of products: rolled dough, pizza dough, pastries, cookies, crêpes, and pancakes. We have launched an organic line, and also offer gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan products. We are also a strong partner in co-manufacturing.

Cérélia’s products are commercialized under its clients’ brands, both retailers and industrial companies, as well as under its own brands: English Bay Bakery, Croustipate, Jan, Pop! Bakery and Crêapan in particular. While we continue to grow and expand, our history of trade partnership, production excellence, well-founded innovation and sustainable development is deeply rooted in more than 40 years of industry know-how.

Cerelia currently operates 11 production plants globally with ~1400+ employees throughout Europe, North America and Asia. Products are sold in 22 countries with current sales of $750 million CDN.

Our products are available in all distribution channels: Food Service, In-Store Bakeries, Private Label, Convenience and Club Stores. We are primarily a private-label manufacturer but also offer products under our own ‘English Bay Bakery’ brand.
