As a leading community economic development agency, Mission Possible currently runs two social enterprises, MP Maintenance and MP Neighbours. We're looking an Exterior Cleaning Supervisor with our MP Maintenance team to provide exterior commercial cleaning services throughout the City of Vancouver who:

• Models excellent work habits
• Is able to supervise crew while ensuring efficient, quality work
• Understands exterior cleaning, pressure washing, window, awning and canopy cleaning as well as safe operating procedures
• Shows competence when dealing with people in public settings
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills.

Duties:

• Provide excellent quality exterior cleaning services to customers
• Supervise and work alongside a crew providing exterior cleaning services
• Ensure safety, job quality and customer satisfaction
• Engage positively as a member of a team
• Willingness to perform other duties as assigned by the coordinator.

Requirements:

• Class 5 Driver’s License and a clean drivers’ abstract
• Willing to complete a Criminal Background Check
• Be available to work some weekdays with evening and weekend shifts
• Previous exterior cleaning and supervisory experience
• Within commuting distance of downtown Vancouver
