Job Description
COLLECTIONS LEADERS
We are looking for an experienced Collections Specialist to provide support to our growing customer service team. Collecting on past due accounts and providing excellent customer service while collaborating on payment terms. The ideal candidate will be able to work flexible hours, is motivated, enthusiastic, outgoing and has a passion for helping people.
- Communicate and collect on outstanding receivables.
- Update CRM system and complete daily and weekly reporting.
- Work hours are Monday to Friday 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.
- EXCELLENT BASE PAY PLUS BONUSES AND PROFIT SHARING.
- Must have a minimum 3 years experience.
- Great Location: Dufferin and Finch – easy accessible by TTC & parking.
- Business to consumer accounts receivables.
- Exceptional communication, both written and verbal (English).
- Candidates must be self-motivated , enthusiastic and have a passion for their work.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel and Word)
