We are looking for a talented business analyst or an analyst developer to be an Amelia Cognitive Implementation Engineer (CIE). This is a permanent position at IT Unlock. The work done in downtown of Montreal and we need an expert ASAP. IT Unlock is growing and beautiful technologies and nice challenge are waiting for you. The cognitive implementation engineer (CIE) is responsible for the implementation and configuration of Amelia to best meet the client’s needs. A great CIE implements Amelia at high speed, with high quality, and in line with the architecture defined by the Technical Lead CIE (TL). However, your responsibility does not stop there. Great CIEs contribute to the implementation practice outside of their Pod responsibilities. For example by improving our tooling, creating demonstrations of Amelia for our sales team, by supporting training, or by setting up events of the implementation team. Responsibility Validate outcome of solutioning phase: When beginning with the implementation of an epic, your first responsibility is to understand the requirements and designs If anything is unclear you need to clarify this with the architects. They areultimately responsible for the functional designs Configuration and documentation of cognitive modules in Amelia: Based on the designs, implement the required functionality in Amelia as designed by the chief technical architect Document implementations, and share documentation with other engineers for re-use in similar implementations Track and update status on tasks: Continuously update your teams Jira board/tasks with the latest info Identify and flag issues and risks Connect developed functional solutions to client systems: Responsible to make Amelia talk to client systems. We integrate through our ESB (MuleSoft) or directly from Amelia Work hand in hand with clients to link up systems Validate output and approach, test until modules reach required functional behavior: In the daily stand-ups, confirm your priorities with your cognitive project lead Test implemented functionality, support user acceptance testing by working directly with client testers, and fix bugs as they are reported Contribute to the development of the cognitive implementation practice: Our organization needs to be better every day, to be able to deliver future Amelias faster and at higher quality. Input and effort to improve our organization is an important part of your responsibilities Configuration & Implementation: Create agile work plan for agreed functionality and validate with cognitive project lead Configure Amelia ontologies to address required functionality in agile sprints Create reusable Amelia modules (e.g. BPNs) in local language Create reusable Amelia ontologies in local languages Discuss with Cognitive Technical Architect and Cognitive Project Leads approaches to each technical challenge and agree on technical solution Test new/modified pieces to ensure they can withstand technical end user requirements Integration & security: Review the outcome of the target Architecture blueprint Create agile work plan for agreed functionality and validate with cognitive project lead Reuse APIs and mule flows or create new APIs and mule flows to integrate Amelia with relevant client systems and security framework Discuss with Cognitive Implementation Architect and Cognitive Project Leads approaches to each technical challenge and agree on technical solution Test new/modified interfaces to ensure they can withstand technical requirements Methodology & testing: Create automated tests for implemented functionality (BPNs, Intent recognition and Mules) Develop and build new approaches to automate Amelia implementations Excellent communication in English and in French. Have a Bachelor in computer science or equivalent.
