  9. You need to be a fluent communicator (written and verbal) in English.

What does the job look like day-to-day?

You come in early as most customers are farmers, and they rise early as well. You work alongside a dynamic sales, design and production team to bring to life amazing projects for clients.

Your day will be primarily based onsite with limited requirements for travel giving you the opportunity to see the whole business and how it all works together on a daily basis.

You will be in constant contact with clients, internal team members and have the opportunity to direct prospect new business to increase the impact we have as the BW Global team all around the world. This can include days that are very technical in nature where you are making sure to get the accurate specifications a customer requires and translating those effectively to the operation team.

Other days will be pure sales and customer support from the smallest part order to massive projects as we treat all customers at BW Global with the same respect and attention.

Some of the Duties Include:

  • Define, Sell & Deliver BW Greenhouses®, GUARDIAN Shelters®, and all other BW products to new and existing clients

  • Develop and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities

  • Develop technical selling skills and product and industry knowledge

  • Recommend growing solutions to clients to meet their needs and solve challenges

  • Provide excellent, timely customer service

  • Able to hit deadlines – for our clients and our team

  • Serve clients and teammates with utmost loyalty and integrity

  • Create effective sales proposals and presentations

  • Plan and attend tradeshows and sales calls in Canada and North America

  • Support other team members in quoting, selling and anything else that needs to get done

  • Assist with all general and technical inquiries from prospective and existing clients

  • Provide clients responses to inquiries and to document client feedback regarding products, part and services

This position has potential for a year-end bonus and does not include direct commissions
