Job Description

Well established Vancouver based company is looking for a Client Services Specialist to join their team.

This is a 100% work from home/remote position

Salary: Up to $41,000

Responsibilities:

The Client Services Specialist responds to incoming inquiries from clients by phone, email and instant messaging.

They respond to a variety of client issues including: account inquiries, transaction inquiries, product inquiries and technological assistance.

In addition, the Client Services Specialist may contact clients directly to advise of issues in their accounts or to follow up on other concerns.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required:

** 6+ months of experience in customer service, ideally in a call centre environment

** Fluent English/Mandarin communications

** Must have very high level of customer service skills

** Excellent attention to detail and good organizational skills needed

** Great interpersonal and communication skills

** Must be able to work in fast paced, high volume environment and adapt to change

** Strong data entry/typing
