As a part of its technological transformation, Intelcom is currently looking for aClientProjectManager. Reporting to the DirectorIT Corporate Systems, thecandidate will leadmultipleprojects in collaboration withvarious stakeholdersin the company.The ideal candidate would bebringinghis expertise in the implementation ofanERPsystemin a constantly changing environment. Responsibilities Plan, structure andmanagethe various stages of IT projects, whilekeeping in mind budget and deadlines restrictions; Establishrealisticdeliverable plans and be able to adapt them to contingencies; Possess extraordinary communication skills in order to understand the needs of different partners and effectively communicate them to the IT department and other stakeholders; Identify and document business requirements by leveraging different information gathering methods allowingstakeholdersto communicate their needs and adjust projects accordingly; In collaboration with the ITprojectteam, establishpriorities and define the scopesof the projects. Qualifications 7 years of experience in IT project management including 2 in the implementation of an ERP system; Bachelors degree inInformationTechnology,Administration or another related field; PMP,PMI, PMA(an asset); Bilingualism(French and English); Agility in a small business high-growth environment; Problem-solverwhobringsperspective and focus on results; Knowledge ofMS Dynamics 365(an asset).
