As a Client Partner, your involvement will be in sharing Leadership and Talent Development strategies with senior leadership, as we establish and deepen our people and talent management practices.

    •Providing single point accountability, facilitating talent discussions and calibrations, reviewing individual competencies and operationalizing our approach and strategy are all in a day’s work for you. •Delivering courses, conduct team intervention(s), design surveys to get inputs or have ‘spicy’ conversations about leader readiness. •Encouraging confidence, you will work to deploy coaching and other appropriate interventions to further improve our leaders’ capabilities, reporting back on progress and traction. •Collaborating with external consultants, vendors and internal teams. •Partnering with clients and leaders to engage them from initiation to fulfillment, ensuring streamlined client delivery.

Here is what we are looking for you to bring to this position:

    •Master’s Degree in Leadership Development, Adult Education, or Organizational Behaviour. •Five (5) years’ experience in Leadership or Talent Development in an intermediate to large size organization. •Work experience in a healthcare setting and a certification in Psychometric Assessments and Coaching are ideal.
