Benevity’s Client Donation Funding Analyst (CDFA) will help drive the success of the financial aspects of key Benevity clients’ programs. The CDFA is responsible for understanding the intricacies of the key clients’ payment and funds flow preferences and formulating strategies with the overall organization to ensure that products and changes are incorporated appropriately into the key client’s program. The Client Donation Funding Analyst will pay very close attention to detail, ensuring that all monthly invoices, statements and reports that go out to their key clients meet or exceed their expectations. The CDFA will be a role model for team collaboration, working with other Benevity teams to improve their processes and reduce the chance of future errors.

This individual should be comfortable interacting with C-suite level executives and client administrators to help guide their program to success, elevating or maintaining them as RFOBs.

This role would require you to work out of the Calgary Benevity office, but offers a remote option during the current pandemic. Relocation would be required if you are not living in Calgary.

What you will do

Solutions Expert:

  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the Benevity platform suite to help formulate and guide the client’s operational decisions (training provided but you must be curious and a self-starter)
  • Successfully bridge the knowledge between key Clients and Benevity to help drive process enhancements
  • Success Driver:

  • Provide key clients with premier service to help ensure that all operational aspects of their program are a success
  • Understand client intricacies and review in detail all key reports and statements for accuracy
  • Develop tailor made templates and processes for client exceptions to de-risk the chance of errors
  • Ensuring that the key client’s funds are being managed appropriately and all transactions are stewarded to the nonprofits
  • Support the CSMs and overall team to identify client requirements exceptions for generalized mass bug fixes
  • What you bring

  • 3+ years of technical client success experience; a specialization in financial systems would be an asset
  • Results-oriented and is resourceful and proactive; and knows that delivering on promises is the basis of a relationship’s health and longevity
  • Problem solver – analytical; capable of seeing both the big picture and the fine detail to support clients and Benevity
  • Strong client relationship building skills including empathy, humility, adaptability, poise and persuasiveness
  • Ability to work independently with strong judgement
  • Resilient, and thrives in a multi-tasking, start-up environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly while managing a diverse and full workload
  • Proficient in the MS Office suite of products
  • Team-oriented with a fun-spirit and sense of humor
