Grow the capacity of client and app virtualization infrastructure to support 100 PERCENT of the organization working remotely – Ensure UEM tools are in place to perform updates and patches reliably delivered to systems off-network – Remove or reduce complex approvals required for users to work from a personal device or from an alternate location – Implement solutions for remote working to address hardware failures, Endpoint remote control as well as Joiners and Leavers processes – Work in collaboration with the Architecture team on the design, development and maintenance of Infrastructure building blocks – Provide technical coaching and advisory to team members, business colleagues and relevant stakeholders – Define service & technology roadmap for strategic planning and annual portfolio cycles – Plan annual budget including TCO and forecast – Deliver to budget targets and at best cost/value ratio – Manage relationship with Business stakeholders and Key users as required – Validate suppliers contract from content & scope perspective – Manag escalations between supplier managed services and other service areas – Review SLA and KM (Key Measurements) and develop governance structure/standards of service delivery based on business, and IT strategies Qualifications As our ideal candidate, – You have at least 7 years in a similar senior service role with accountability – You have in-depth knowledge of the following Citrix, VMWare, Xenserver, SCCM/MEMCM, Android, iOS, Intune, Windows 10, Autopilot, MDT Microsoft Deployment Technologies – You have strong overall understanding of workplace computing architecture and underlying technologies – You have strong project management / delivery mindset with good understanding of agile framework. – You have the ability to thrive under pressure and demonstrate proficient priority management skills – You have strong written, verbal communication and strategic presentation skills Effectively communicate with non-technical staff & with members of interdisciplinary teams – You must be able to work well both autonomously and collaboratively – You have excellent vendor management experience – You have experience in working in a global environment with accountability for geographically dispersed offices and entities
