Located in Saskatoon, SK, this full-time permanent opportunity is with an organization that values accountability, teamwork, and innovative solutions. The Role:Supporting company goals by developing and maintaining client relationships, pursuing new opportunities, and working to strengthen the organization’s market position.Developing detailed designs and providing technical oversight for various engineering projects within Saskatchewan, including municipal utilities, drainage, site development, and roadways.Completing feasibility assessments and site inspections.Preparing and implementing project plans.Researching and providing estimates for projects.Reviewing government regulations and ordinances.Making recommendations or presenting novel solutions.Confidently liaising with clients and other project partners.Project management duties (e.g. managing budgets, resources, and deadlines; acquiring and compiling quotes, etc.).Coaching and mentoring junior team members, fostering professional growth across the organizationThe Ideal Candidate:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory, along with a minimum of 10 years’ professional experienceMust be currently registered in Canada as a Professional Engineer, either licensed in Saskatchewan or eligible for Inter-Provincial MobilityDemonstrated skill in project management, conducting presentations, communicating and selling ideas and leading group discussionsCompetent in the entire MS Office suite, and skilled in the use of specialized software required for modelling and design such as Autodesk, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MicroStation.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one project.Ability to coordinate multiple projects concurrently.A collaborative and community-minded approach will be a key success factor.
