Job Description

Our client, a Toronto-based leader in the Business Services sector with multiple offshore business units, is seeking an outstanding individual to join the Senior leadership team as Chief Financial Officer. Reporting to the CEO and leading a team of 50 through 4 direct reports both on-shore and off-shore, this role offers the opportunity to:.

Compensation will be commensurate with background and will be comprised of a competitive base salary and performance-based incentives


The Chief Financial Officer is responsible and accountable for planning, implementing, leading, and managing financial activities including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and internal/external reporting. A key member of the senior leadership team, the CFO contributes to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, human resources management, driving business process improvements, and the management of third-party relationships.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements

➢ Experienced Chief Financial Officer

➢ MBA or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent experience.

➢ Master’s degree preferred.

➢ Certified Public Accountant certification.

➢ Minimum 10 years’ experience in accounting and financial management practices.

➢ Solid GAAP and financial reporting technical skills.

➢ Experience in working with multiple international operating subsidiaries.

➢ Experience in managing international currencies.
