Our Client is a global consumer electronics company. The Hogarth partnership works to create the strategic alignment, cross-functional integration and execution of the Client’s marketing communications (content and platform) work for Channel. The Channel XF Producer role will ensure that both Client Channel Branded Programs

and Non-Branded Partner Programs are implemented with excellence across key carriers and retailers in Canada. This position reports to the Canada Channel XF Manager, and works closely with the Channel XF Digital Team, and Partner Communication Team based in the Toronto office.

This is a contract position that is re-assessed on a quarterly basis.


In this job you will:

  • Support project progress and design executions including client platforms, global playbook adaptation projects, and geo platform initiatives.
  • Support merchandising efforts for program activity, including NPI readiness.
  • Communicate strategy and validate merchandising with our cross functional teams and partners.
  • Manage documentation of new and existing merchandising and prepare presentations, and post mortems on work for Geo and WW Channel teams.
  • Work closely with key teams across the client inclusing Sales and Operations to ensure the delivery of premier work that meets brand, partner, and commercial objectives.
  • Partner with local agencies, vendors and retailers/carriers to conduct spaceplanning, site-surveys, and planogram production for branded and non-branded programs.
  • Advocate for world class execution of channel merchandising, while maintaining a respectful and collaborative relationship with your partners and sales teams.
  • Become an expert in Program and Identity Guidelines to ensure that all uses of the client logo and other proprietary assets are correctly deployed.
  • Partner closely with the local channel sales teams to help them understand the elements of each program and how they should be utilized for maximum impact.
  • Qualifications

    Key Qualifications:

  • You have a deep understanding of the leading retail trends and retail brand marketing activities.
  • You are familiar with architectural and design drawings.
  • You have a detailed understanding of the space planning process and merchandising principals.
  • You are comfortable with most graphic design files and formats.
  • You have hands-on experience in Retail Merchandising or within a Retail Design discipline.
  • You have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • You can establish rapport, credibility and influence across multiple teams and partners to get results.
  • You have exceptional organizational skills and strong project management capabilities.
  • You are able to balance working in a creatively driven organization with an integrated, analytical and focused approach to marketing.
  • You are resourceful, resilient, adaptable, and results-oriented with high energy and positive attitude.
  • You respond quickly and thoughtfully to challenges as they arise.
