Capital Equipment Sales Manager Our client, a leading mineral processing equipment and technical services provider, is offering an exciting opportunity to join their organization as a Capital Equipment Sales Manager. This role would be the brand ambassador for our client and responsible for business development for the region and the areas they serve. Qualifications Degree in mining, metallurgy/mineral processing, or a related field Minimum 5 years related experience, including minimum 2 years in equipment sales Detail-oriented and well-organized to meet deadlines Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to travel internationally Marketing and social media-savvy is preferred Responsibilities Identify opportunities, build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve sales growth Leverage existing industry relationships and develop new ones Lead development of commercial proposals including estimating budgets and negotiating acceptable Terms and Conditions Pursue the client and win the order using consultative selling process Support market presence by helping to develop promotional materials, expanding social media presence, and attending industry events as required Leverage lab technical services to promote our clients technologies Plan to achieve 40-50% customer face/contact time targets as defined by the agreed KPIs With support of the Sales Director, make and implement plan to win the opportunity, and lead the proposal team to deliver an attractive proposal to the client Work to achieve equipment sales budget by product segment and/or by territory Implement provided territory plans and provide competitive analysis for major market segments Manage lists of opportunities and targets, and plan and prioritize to achieve the sales budget Maintain effective lists of projects and opportunities, as well as competitive analysis for major markets, and report as required Assist or lead in developing and improving sales templates and tools Our client offers a industry competitive compensation/benefits package along with room for future career advancement within.
