Your main duties will consist of short term (i.E. daily, weekly) management of development, construction, and reliability of underground mining equipment activities, contractor management, project management and coordination, continuous improvement, mine safety and mine QMS management.You will have a proven history of leadership in providing safe and reliable execution of tasks, business focus, developing others, building relationships, and achieving results in a mining environment. Employees commute to the site by aircraft from designated locations in Saskatchewan.Preference will be given to Residents of Saskatchewan-s North.Safety Sensitive Safety is a top priority at Cameco. Successful candidates for all positions that will involve work at Safety-Sensitive Sites or in Safety-Sensitive s must take and pass a Substance Test, which includes marijuana, as a condition of employment. Marijuana remains in a user-s system for about 30 days, so applicants who recently used marijuana recreationally should not expect to pass a substance test.
