CALL CENTRE MANAGER – INSURANCE
Our client is a Canadian-owned Insurance brokerage firm, offering Insurance and Investment products to individuals.
The employer requires a highly organized individual with advanced computer skills who also has a LLQP License (Life License Qualification Program ).
Only candidates who are entirely specialized in this field and who meet all of the requirements including 2 years of Insurance sales experience and 6 months or more of call centre insurance sales experience will be considered by the employer.
An additional language is preferred, but not required.
The selected candidate must be able to work in Canada.
LOCATION:
Newmarket – north of Toronto. This is an in office position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales – B2C – Business to Consumer Personal Sales
Support Advisors in their sales process
Coordinating processes on lead management
Assigning leads for Advisors
Setting objectives and analyze call centre metrics
Ensure that quotas are met at an advisor and company level
Provide reliable, efficient support for customers
Advanced understanding and experiencing using a CRM
Other duties as assigned
Cover/assist other office positions during vacation, days off or high workflow periods
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have LLQP License
2 years of Insurance sales experience (minimum of 100 appointments)
Must have minimum 6 months experience of Call Center Insurance Sales
Previous Management/Supervisory experience is a definite asset
COMPENSATION:
Salary is commensurate with experience. up to $60,000 + annual bonus
