This position will be remotely based, however the team member hired may need to rotate in-office as needed in the future. Shifts will be determined based on candidate availability, hours of operation, and work available.Create amazing experiences for our customers by offering personalised solutionsConnecting with customers via outbound callsWorking collaboratively with various departments to create solutionsProblem solving to find the best outcomes for clientsCommunicate feedback to the various teams concerning what our customers are saying and how we can improve our serviceAdditional duties as assignedAbility to work remotely.A Windows 10 Professional or above computer is required as the system is not compatible with Windows home version or Mac”s.Experience providing frequent customer service via phone/email is required.Ability to maintain a high level of service awareness, to make sure customers remember us positively.Excellent writing skills with correct punctuation, spelling, and grammar.A positive attitude and enthusiastic demeanour.The ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, cross-functional teams, producers, and farmers.Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office.Typing speed of minimum 45 wpm.Alignment with our core values.Experience in the Natural Food industry is an advantage.Willingness to work flexible hours and work as a team to complete other tasks, as required.Awareness of urgency and prioritizing.$15.00 per hourstarting wageJoin now and receive an initial $250.00 of SPUD credit, and another $250.00 of SPUD credit after six months of employment ($500.00 total)Must have a valid SPUD.ca account and be employed at the time of the credit administration (processed monthly)20% discount on all of our products on spud.ca!Extended healthcare benefits effective the first of the month after 90 days, for employees working 24 hours per week on average
