The specific tasks would involve: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. You will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience Communicate well and clearly, taking the time to understand user feedback and incorporate into recommendations and requirements while managing expectations with respect to go live dates and other key timelines. Demonstrate leadership, flexibility and the ability to lead Power Users and effectively interface with various Sales and Distribution Managers Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and measured manner Actively work with client for escalations, follow up, and overall project management Document and track project progress, deliverables.
