Here”s how Develop SRCAI strategic review presentations (e.g. semi-annual Strat Check reviews, executive leadership reviews, etc.) Develop scenario based analysis and make recommendations to Senior Leadership team Lead, develop, monitor and report on progress for strategic initiatives Undertake ownership and delivery of results on special projects identified by the leadership team Establish and manage relationships across Director/VP teams and with our external partners Establish a performance management framework that aligns metrics/KPIs to our strategy Accountable for delivery of SRCAI performance updates to executives Engage in benchmarking exercises and implement best practices across SRCAI You”re the missing piece of the puzzle Known for successfully leading and progressing multiple, concurrent projects to completion on time, budget and scope, including setting objective/goals, developing schedules, prioritizing activities, and anticipating and overcoming roadblocks) Talented at translating an ambiguous business problem into a strategic framework that can be executed upon Valued for your strategic and creative thinking and ability to come up with innovative ideas and solutions Recognized as a strong collaborative team player who is able to influence and negotiate with all levels of management including cross functional teams and senior executives Skilled in financial acumen, budget management, and reporting Confident with interacting, facilitating, and presenting to a wide audience with solid written and verbal communication and attention to detail Respected for your proactive organizational, planning and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment to meet business needs With a Bachelor degree in Business or related field Great-to-haves Bachelor”s or Master”s degree in an applicable managerial discipline; degree in Business Administration/Commerce is an asset Professional accounting degree (CPA, CMA, CGA) is an asset Program or project management certification is an asset Who is TELUS?
