Provides exceptional customer service and coordination assistance with internal and external project partners (consultants, contractors, etc.). This Individual has a passion for building science and solving engineering problems within a supportive and inclusive team.Specific Responsibilities Include:Work with the Engineering Manager and building science team in providing our clients with exceptional customer service and quality engineering solutions.Communicates effectively as a Project Manager and technical lead with various project parties.Maintain a working relationship with other teammates.Act as client contact.Identify project opportunities and participate with teammates to develop business for the building science service line as well as the company.Provide mentorship, guidance and leadership to junior teammates. This includes reviewing reports and ensuring technical standards are met.Contribute to maintaining and improving quality control.Write reports that do not require significant editing.Be able to manage and fulfill project requirements from retaining the opportunity to project close-out.Interest and passion for building science.
