Job Description

We are seeking a Branch Manager! You will be responsible for the effective management and profitable operation of your assigned branch.

Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, supervise, evaluate, and motivate by setting clear objectives, and then making sure they are met.
  • Develop and implement appropriate strategies to improve productivity.
  • Delegating tasks.
  • Overall P&L responsibility, and day-to-day reporting. Lighting audits an asset.
  • Maintain sales objectives, and review inventory.
  • Build cross functional relationships with IT/Finance/Marketing/Vendors.
  • Occasional travel to attend meetings and/or events.
  • Joint vendor call and sales calls.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Wholesale electric Industry is required
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Motivated and positive attitude
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Market Knowledge
  • Relevant product or industry knowledge
